"ENDURANCE" AT LONG WHARF
New Haven Special: make tracks this weekend to catch the final performances at Long Wharf Theatre of the Split Knuckle Theatre. This brash and immensely talented young company is delivering a mesmerizing production called “Endurance” which cross-cuts the true story of Ernest Shackleton’s Antarctic expedition with the downsizing of a Hartford insurance company. It’s a brilliant conceit and with a powerhouse cast of four men, a few tables and fewer props, this 90-minute adventure is stunning in its simplicity and talent. It’s certainly the best theatre seen at Long Wharf this past season!
“Endurance” plays through June 29 at New Haven’s Long Wharf Theatre. For tickets call 203.787.4282 or visit: www.longwharf.org.
